opsbee is your restaurant's operational hive, designed to streamline and enhance your daily operations. With opsbee, you can digitize food safety and manager checklist forms, monitor refrigerated equipment temperatures 24/7, and access real-time data to run your business efficiently. Our app offers three solutions tailored to restaurant operations:
Ops Tablet: Simplify day-to-day operations with digitized food safety forms and temperature monitoring. Reduce labor time by 1 hour per day and ensure compliance with real-time temperature monitoring of your refrigerated equipment.
Dashboard: Bring back-office tools to the front of house for your managers to utilize in real-time. opsbee integrates with all leading Backoffice providers to sync employee rosters and schedules in real-time. We also support third-party integrations with services like HME Zoom Timer (speed of service) and Coca-Cola Freestyle (to manage empty cartridges for beverage machines). With our AI engine, opsbee allows managers to auto-assign employees to service positions with linked responsibilities, while allocating labor to cleaning and non-service prep tasks. opsbee is a fun way for managers to engage with crew members and ensure restaurant goals and standards are met during each shift.
Food Prep: Streamline food prep label printing, create custom labels, and reduce labor time. Ensure accurate date/time information on each label with our Bluetooth printer.

- Food Safety Logs / Checklists – Temperature charts now show longer item titles with correct dates and ranges, Daily FSL reports include all required Product Temperature check columns for locations filling out 4x per day, the Equipment Temperatures form loads correctly when offline, and the Log button prevents duplicate entries that could never sync.
- Delivery Monitor – The dashboard widget reliably updates vendor statuses in real time and opens the Delivery Monitor module when clicked.
- Sync – Duplicate sync requests for readings and notes have been eliminated so each data point is only sent once.
